The work carries on past the inbox
Tekst classifies every message, routes it and writes a validated record into your system of record. On accounts payable it reads the invoice mail, checks for a matching purchase order or reference number and routes credit holds and duplicates to a person. Its accounts payable page stops at the purchase order and says nothing about the goods receipt. The same floor usually also chases supplier confirmations and keeps master data in step.
Your ERP is Exact or an AS/400
Tekst's pages name Salesforce, SAP, Odoo and NetSuite among the systems it writes a record to, and SAP, Oracle and Microsoft Dynamics among the finance systems it checks invoices in. What is the best Tekst alternative for order and invoice work?
For classifying and routing a large enterprise inbox, Tekst fits well, and its process mining shows where the time goes before anything is automated. When the same desk also creates the sales order and matches the supplier invoice inside your ERP, we think one agent carrying the work through to the end is the stronger choice.
Which systems does Lleverage write into?
SAP S/4HANA and ECC, Business Central, Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, Exact, AFAS, Infor, Epicor, Navision, Ridder iQ, Oracle, NetSuite and the IBM AS/400. Lleverage has been an SAP partner since September 2026. Each system is reached through its own interfaces, and the account the agent uses decides what it may see and change.
Can Lleverage do process mining the way Tekst does?
Not yet. Tekst maps process steps across systems and channels and puts full process visibility at under 10 days, which counts in its favour when a map is what you need first. Task and process mining at Lleverage is coming soon, while the work itself runs today and is logged step by step.
Does a person still see every item?
