The drawings themselves are part of the flow. Technical drawings and planting lists arrive as dense PDFs, and the system reads them as input rather than waiting for someone to translate them into a spreadsheet first.
Enablement, not replacement
The goal was never to remove the work preparers from the process. Their review is exactly where the value sits: judging the site, catching what a drawing does not say, pricing the exceptions. The point of the AI agent is to give them their time back, so it goes to the projects that need human judgment instead of to repetitive administrative work.
