Concretely: we handle use case identification and process mapping through our AI Kickstart (4 weeks), build workflows and agents on platforms like Lleverage and n8n, and then guide adoption through our adoption programmes. That means: training internal champions who take ownership, building knowledge, bringing colleagues along, and scaling independently - all tracked against measurable adoption KPIs. For longer-term engagements, our SPAIK Core Team rolls out automations across multiple departments. For Lleverage customers in manufacturing and distribution, SPAIK is the missing link: Lleverage builds, SPAIK makes sure it gets used.
