Lleverage vs ChatGPT Enterprise: AI for every desk or agents in your ERP
OpenAI's secure AI workspace for every team, next to governed AI agents that run the order desk and finance in your ERP.
“We’re constantly looking for ways to ensure we can last another 100 years and further improve our service and quality.”

ChatGPT Enterprise vs Lleverage, side by side
We read OpenAI's own pages on 18 October 2026: the ChatGPT Enterprise product page, its enterprise privacy page, and the OpenAI Help Center on workspace agents, admin controls for apps and data residency. Where OpenAI does not describe something, the table says so. What Lleverage does comes from our control and AI agents pages.
| Capability | ||
|---|---|---|
| Everyday work for every teamDocs, slides, spreadsheets, analysis | Built for one part of the company: the order desk, finance and customer service | ChatGPT Work plans, acts across your apps and files, and makes spreadsheets, slides and docs |
| Agents your own people build | Your own team can build on the same platform, or our engineers build the first one with you | Workspace agents, built from a prompt or a template, run on a schedule, in Slack or through an API |
| Reads and writes in your ERPSAP, Business Central, Exact, AFAS, Infor | Reads the record and writes back, with roles and scopes per connection | Not described on OpenAI's pages; agents can use apps and custom MCPs your team adds |
| Orders and invoices in every layoutChecked against items, prices and stock | Every line checked against your ERP and your business rules | Not described on OpenAI's pages |
| Asks before it acts | A confidence line per process; below it a person decides, and only you move it | Write actions ask by default; admins and agent builders choose what runs without asking |

When each one fits
ChatGPT Enterprise gives every employee a capable assistant. Lleverage runs a single back-office process the same way every time, under rules you set once. Many companies will want both, for different work.
When ChatGPT Enterprise fits
- You want AI for everyone: writing, research, analysis, slides and, with Codex, code, in one secured workspace.
- The work changes from one day to the next, and a person reads each answer before using it.
- Your own people want to build agents for their tasks, and someone in house owns the connections and the approvals.
- The tools the work needs are ones ChatGPT already connects to, such as SharePoint, Teams, Outlook and Google Drive.
When Lleverage fits
- The work is the same job hundreds of times a week: orders, supplier invoices and customer questions that end in your ERP.
- Each order has to be checked against items, prices and stock, and each invoice against the purchase order, before anything reaches the ERP.
- The process should live in one place, with one threshold and one audit trail, not in each person's own chats.
- You want engineers who set it up with your team and stay on as your customers and products change.
Governance & security, built in.
AI that acts in your operations has to be accountable. Approvals, permissions and a full audit trail are part of the platform: hosted in Europe, compliant by design, and your data always yours.

What a governed back-office agent adds
A general assistant answers the person who asks. These are the parts that turn a back-office process into work an agent can own, written from our live pages.

- 01
One agent per process, not one per person
The order desk runs on one agent with one set of rules, so the result does not depend on who asked or how they worded the request.
- 02
Sales orders created in your ERP
A PDF, a spreadsheet or an email from a customer is read, checked against items, prices and stock, and the sales order is created in your ERP.
- 03
Supplier invoices matched three ways
Each line is held against the purchase order and the goods receipt. Invoices inside your tolerances are booked; releasing a payment stays with a person.
- 04
Customer questions answered from the live record
The where-is-my-order question, answered in email, Teams or your portal from the ERP and the carrier's tracking. Complaints and claims still reach a person.
- 05
Sign-offs routed by your own rules
Value, category and delegation decide who approves, including who covers a holiday. An approval that is ageing escalates instead of waiting.
- 06
Knowledge that stays with the company
A correction on one order becomes company knowledge for the next, held on your side, exportable in full and never used to train anyone else's model.
From the teams running it
“We had four and a half people · about 3.8 full-time equivalents · sitting there all day long, manually entering every single order into our Business Central ERP.”
Bryan van IngenTopa Bathroom Products
“Customer support gets a lot of questions every day, but 80% of the questions are just the same.”
Jeremy ParsserJ. Kisch & Zonen
“It’s a matter of building trust in the organisation with these kinds of initiatives. You can’t just throw something like this over the fence.”

ChatGPT Enterprise vs Lleverage: questions
What is the difference between ChatGPT Enterprise and Lleverage?
ChatGPT Enterprise is OpenAI's AI workspace for every team: chat, ChatGPT Work, Codex and workspace agents your own people build. Lleverage is a platform of AI agents for the back office of companies that make, move and sell physical products. They read orders, invoices and customer questions and write the result into your ERP, under thresholds you set.
Can ChatGPT Enterprise enter orders into SAP or Business Central?
OpenAI's pages describe no ERP app for ChatGPT. Workspace agents can use apps and custom MCPs your team adds, so an in-house build is possible, and your team then owns that connection and its checks. Lleverage reads and writes in SAP, Business Central, Dynamics 365 F&O, Exact, AFAS and Infor, and is an SAP partner.
Is ChatGPT Enterprise enough for back-office automation?
For a person who drafts a reply, summarises a contract or analyses a spreadsheet, often yes. When the same job runs hundreds of times a week, every line has to be checked against your master data and the result has to land in the ERP, we think a dedicated agent with one set of rules is the better fit.
How does governance differ between ChatGPT Enterprise and Lleverage?
ChatGPT Enterprise gives admins SAML SSO, role-based access to apps and agents, approval settings for write actions and an audit log through its Compliance API. Lleverage governs each process: a threshold only you move, approvals routed by value and delegation, and every action logged against the ERP record it touched.
Can we use ChatGPT Enterprise and Lleverage together?
Yes. They do different work. Your teams can keep ChatGPT Enterprise for writing, research and analysis, while Lleverage runs orders, invoices and customer questions in the ERP. Your ERP stays the system of record, and turning the Lleverage agent off leaves your systems exactly as they were the day before.
