Conexiom vs Lleverage, side by side

We read Conexiom's own pages on 15 October 2026: its homepage, the Platform page with its table of ERP integrations, and its FAQ on sales order, invoice and quote automation. Where Conexiom does not describe something, the table says so. What Lleverage does comes from our order management and governance pages.

When each one fits

Both read orders the way customers send them. The difference is where the work stops: at clean data for the ERP, or at the order created and the next job picked up.

When Conexiom fits

  • Your ERP is in Conexiom's integration table, such as SAP Business One, Epicor Prophet 21, Syspro or Acumatica, and you want a native connector for your version.
  • What you need is RFQs, orders, vendor order acknowledgements and invoices turned into clean ERP data, and the rest of the desk stays as it is.
  • Sales wants upsell, cross-sell and churn signals drawn from order history.
  • Customers send handwritten orders, or documents in Asian or Arabic scripts.

When Lleverage fits

  • You run Exact, AFAS or Ridder iQ, or an AS/400 that has no API.
  • The people who take the order also plan production, keep the article records in step and draw up the shipping papers.
  • You want exceptions to reach the right person in Teams, Slack or the inbox, under a confidence line you set and move.
  • You want engineers who build the first flow on your own customers' orders and stay on as they change.

  1. 01

Creates the sales order and confirms it

Every line checked against your customers, items, prices and credit, the order created in your ERP, and the confirmation back to the customer once the ERP accepts it.

  2. 02

Drafts the quote from the request

The configuration and the quote document prepared from what the customer asked for. Your team reviews it and sends it.

  3. 03

Holds suppliers to the purchase order

Confirmations come back as a line in the thread, a PDF or a portal export. Each is read against the order, and buyers see only the lines that moved.

  4. 04

    Keeps master data in step

Customer and article records kept clean and in sync across every system, so the next order matches first time.

  5. 05

    Answers where-is-my-order

Customers get the status of their order in their own channel, answered from the live record with full context.

  6. 06

Moves only when you move the line

Each process runs at a threshold you chose, and one setting returns it to full supervision with nothing to rebuild.

From the teams running it

“We went from 4 FTE handling orders to 90% being handled automatically by AI. Our customers now receive their order confirmation within 30 seconds. Any day. Any time. Including weekends. That’s how you grow revenue faster than headcount.”

“We process 200 orders a week. Entering them into the ERP isn’t hard, but it’s repetitive work that smart people are doing every day. That’s exactly the kind of work we’re excited for Lleverage to take off our people’s hands.”

Conexiom vs Lleverage: questions

What is the difference between Conexiom and Lleverage?

Conexiom Relay captures RFQs, orders, vendor order acknowledgements and invoices and turns them into ERP-ready data. Lleverage gives the order desk AI agents that create the sales order in your ERP, send the confirmation and route exceptions, and that also take on supplier confirmations, master data and customer questions.

Does Lleverage create the sales order or only extract the data?

It creates the sales order. The agent reads the order, checks every line against your customers, items, prices and credit, and fills the same fields your order desk fills, so the ERP checks them the same way. The confirmation goes back once the ERP accepts the order. Anything outside your rules waits for a person.

Which ERPs do Conexiom and Lleverage work with?

Conexiom publishes native integrations with 40+ ERPs, among them SAP Business One and S/4HANA, Infor, Epicor, NetSuite, Dynamics 365, Sage, IFS and Syspro. Lleverage is SAP-certified and works in SAP, Business Central, Dynamics 365 F&O, Infor, Exact, AFAS, Epicor, Ridder iQ and NetSuite, and on an AS/400 with no API.

When is Conexiom the better choice?

When your ERP is in its integration table and clean order and invoice data is what you need, Conexiom does that well, with more than 15 years of order automation behind it. Its Revenue Signals give sales upsell, cross-sell and churn hints from order history, which Lleverage does not offer.

How are exceptions handled in each?

Conexiom notifies the responsible person by email, and Conexiom Assist takes corrections in plain language and keeps them in Playbook. In Lleverage every check has its own setting. An order outside your rules goes to the person you choose, in Teams, Slack or the inbox, with the reason attached.
