Lleverage vs Go Autonomous: AI agents past the order
Autonomous commerce across EDI, email, voice, chat and eCommerce next to AI agents that also book the invoices and plan the week.
“We had four and a half people · about 3.8 full-time equivalents · sitting there all day long, manually entering every single order into our Business Central ERP.”

Go Autonomous vs Lleverage, side by side
We read Go Autonomous's own pages on 20 October 2026.
| Capability | ||
|---|---|---|
| Orders in any formatEmail, PDF, spreadsheets and portal exports | Read where your customers already send them, in each customer's own layout, and each correction teaches the agent that layout | Email, PDF, EDI and portal submissions, validated against live ERP data |
| Channels beyond documentsVoice, chat and eCommerce | EDI files and portal exports are read where they land; voice, chat and webshop orders are not channels we take | EDI, email, voice, chat, eCommerce and AI agents on one execution layer |
| What reaches the ERPWhere the order work ends | The sales order created in the same fields your desk fills, and the confirmation sent once the ERP accepts it | Confirmed transactions written back automatically, from the first request through to order confirmation |
| Quotes, price questions and claimsThe rest of the commercial desk | Quotes drafted from the request for your team to send, order questions answered from the live record | RFQ quote automation, price inquiry automation and claims dispute automation |
| Supplier invoices and purchasingThe buying side of the same back office | Three-way matching inside your tolerances, purchase orders raised and supplier confirmations checked against them | Not covered: its use cases are orders, quotes, order to cash, exceptions, price inquiries and claims |
| Planning, shipping papers and master data | The plan redone when reality changes, packing lists drawn from the order, article records kept in step | Corrections made in Flow sync back to the ERP and CRM, under Master Data Enrichment. Planning and shipping papers are not described |
| ERPs and systems named | SAP, Business Central, Dynamics 365 F&O, Navision, Infor, Exact, AFAS, Epicor, Ridder iQ, Oracle, NetSuite and the IBM AS/400 | SAP, Oracle Fusion, E-Business Suite and NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and Business Central, Infor CloudSuite, M3 and LN, and IFS, plus Salesforce and Outlook; its homepage also lists Sage |
| Older systems and on-premises | On-prem reached without opening it to the internet, and where there is no API the agent works the screen with the access a person has | SAP ECC, older Microsoft Dynamics versions, IFS, Infor and custom platforms, through native interfaces such as BAPIs, IDocs and RFC, or generic APIs |
| Where an exception landsAn order outside the rules | The person you choose sees it in Teams, Slack or the inbox, with the reason attached | A supervised interface with the original request, the validation result, the issue flagged and a recommended resolution |
| Deciding what AI may take over | A confidence line per process; below it a person decides, and only you move the line | Decision Analytics sets human and AI decisions side by side, validating accuracy, speed and quality before automation |
| Who sets it up | Forward deployed engineers build the first agent on your own orders and stay on as your customers change | Its own enablement team runs the start and the AI engineering is the vendor's job, with digital agencies, system integrators and consultancies named as partners |
When each one fits
Both take the order off a person's desk. Go Autonomous reaches more sales channels, while Lleverage picks up more of the work the same team is holding.
When Go Autonomous fits
- Customers reach you through EDI, a webshop, voice and chat as well as email, and you want one layer across all of them.
- The work to hand over is commercial: orders, RFQ quotes, price questions and claims, from first request to confirmation.
- You run SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor or Salesforce and want them read and written through their own interfaces.
- You want human and AI decisions set side by side before you let more of them run without a person.
When Lleverage fits
- The people who key the order also book the supplier invoice, chase the parts and replan the week when a machine stops.
- You run Exact, AFAS or Ridder iQ, or a system with no API where the agent has to work the screen a person works.
- The work has to stay under supervision until the numbers earn more, process by process, on your call.
- Your customers' layouts change often enough that you want the people who built the agent still there when they do.

The jobs next to the order desk
Order intake, the work of our order management agent, is where the two overlap. These are the other jobs Lleverage picks up in the same ERP, for the same team.

- 01
Matches the supplier invoice
Price, quantity and cost centre checked against the purchase order and the goods receipt, within the tolerances finance sets. A disputed invoice goes to credit control with the history gathered, and releasing a payment stays with a person.
- 02
Holds suppliers to the purchase order
Purchase orders raised, and every confirmation read back against what was ordered. Buyers see only the lines where a date, a price or a quantity moved.
- 03
Redoes the plan when reality changes
A forecast from the order book and a production plan that is built again when a rush order lands or a machine goes down, instead of a spreadsheet somebody updates on Friday.
- 04
Keeps the records in step
Customer and article data kept in agreement across the systems that hold it, so the next order matches a real item at a real price first time.
- 05
Answers the customer with the order open
Where an order is, what the lead time is and whether a date can move: each one answered from the live record, in the channel the customer used, and shipping papers drawn from the same order.
- 06
Runs under a line your team sets
Every process has a confidence line. Above it the agent works on its own, below it a person decides, and one setting puts the whole process back under supervision.
From the teams running it
“We’re constantly looking for ways to ensure we can last another 100 years and further improve our service and quality.”

“It’s a matter of building trust in the organisation with these kinds of initiatives. You can’t just throw something like this over the fence.”
Cees MaaskantXpol
“90% of things are correct within a result. It feels a bit negative to give it a thumbs down.”

Go Autonomous vs Lleverage: questions
What is the difference between Go Autonomous and Lleverage?
Go Autonomous runs B2B commerce across channels: orders, RFQ quotes, price questions and claims, read from email, EDI, voice, chat and eCommerce and written back to the ERP. Lleverage gives the same back office AI agents that create the sales order and then carry on into supplier invoices, purchasing, planning and master data.
Does Lleverage read EDI and webshop orders too?
Lleverage reads the orders that arrive as work: email bodies, PDF attachments, spreadsheets and portal exports in each customer's own layout. Structured channels your ERP already receives, such as EDI messages and webshop orders, keep running as they are. Go Autonomous names EDI, voice, chat and eCommerce as channels of its own platform.
Which ERPs does each one work with?
Go Autonomous names SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, IFS and Salesforce, and says legacy systems are reached through BAPIs, IDocs, RFC or generic APIs. Lleverage is an SAP partner and works in SAP, Business Central, Dynamics 365 F&O, Infor, Exact, AFAS, Epicor, Ridder iQ, Oracle, NetSuite and an AS/400 with no API.
When is Go Autonomous the better choice?
When your customers order through many channels at once and you want them on one execution layer, Go Autonomous covers more of that ground than we do: voice, chat, eCommerce and EDI next to email, with claims and price questions handled in the same place.
What happens to an order the agent is unsure about?
It stops before the sales order is created. The person you named gets it in Teams, Slack or the shared inbox, with the document, the line that failed and the reason attached, and their correction teaches the agent that customer's layout, so the same line passes on its own next time.
Can we run both?
Yes. Both work on the same ERP record, and nothing moves into a second database for Lleverage. A company could keep Go Autonomous on its sales channels and put Lleverage on the purchasing, invoice and planning work that sits behind the order, or start with one desk and widen from there.
