Rossum vs Lleverage, side by side

We read Rossum's own pages on 13 October 2026: its homepage, the order management and accounts payable pages, and the integrations page. Where Rossum does not describe something, the table says so. What Lleverage does comes from our order management and accounts payable pages.

When each one fits

Both read the documents that drive the back office. The difference is how much of the work around them the tool takes on, and in which systems.

When Rossum fits

  • Documents arrive in many languages or handwritten, and reading them accurately is most of the job.
  • Your ERP is SAP, Coupa or NetSuite, and you want the documents captured, validated and approved before they reach it.
  • Your own IT team or a partner integrator builds and maintains the integration.
  • Duplicate and fraud checks and early payment discounts are at the top of the AP list.
Lleverage

When Lleverage fits

  • The work runs past the document: the quote before the order, the confirmation after it, the payment that settles the invoice.
  • You run Business Central, Exact, AFAS, Infor or Ridder iQ, or an on-prem system with no API.
  • You want engineers who build the first flow with your desk and stay on as your customers change.
  • You want one agent on the order desk and in finance, keeping every correction as knowledge you own.

What the agent does around the document

Reading the order or the invoice is the first step. This is the rest of the work Lleverage takes off the desk, from our live pages.

    Drafts the quote

The configuration, the prices and the document itself, drafted from the customer's request. Your team reviews it and sends it.

  2. 02

Creates the sales order and confirms it

Every line checked against customers, items, prices and credit. The confirmation goes back the moment the ERP accepts the order.

  3. 03

    Books the invoices that agree

Each line matched to the order you raised and the goods you received. Only the lines outside your tolerance reach finance.

  4. 04

    Applies payments and chases debtors

One transfer covering nine invoices is matched back to what it clears, and overdue invoices are chased on the day they fall due.

  5. 05

Waits for a person where you say

A setting per check: price against contract, part numbers, credit, addresses. Every change is logged with who made it.

From the teams running it

“We went from 4 FTE handling orders to 90% being handled automatically by AI. Our customers now receive their order confirmation within 30 seconds. Any day. Any time. Including weekends. That’s how you grow revenue faster than headcount.”

“We process 200 orders a week. Entering them into the ERP isn’t hard, but it’s repetitive work that smart people are doing every day. That’s exactly the kind of work we’re excited for Lleverage to take off our people’s hands.”

“We’ve been around for 130 years, but heritage doesn’t keep you ahead. You have to keep improving and driving operational excellence. That’s why we chose Lleverage to provide AI driven solutions around Customer Support, Accounts Receivable, and Invoice Processing. The results speak for themselves and I’d recommend them to anyone.”

Rossum vs Lleverage: questions

What is the difference between Rossum and Lleverage?

Rossum is a document processing platform: it reads transactional documents, validates the data and passes it to your ERP, with approvals and vendor emails around it. Lleverage puts AI agents on the whole desk: the quote, the sales order and its confirmation, the invoice match and the payment that settles it, inside your own ERP.

Is Rossum or Lleverage better for sales order processing?

Both read orders in any layout and check them against your data. Rossum validates the order and pushes it to your ERP through an API or RPA tools. Lleverage also drafts the quote, creates the sales order, sends the confirmation once the ERP accepts it and hands anything outside your rules to a person.

Which ERPs do Rossum and Lleverage work with?

Rossum names certified integrations with SAP and Coupa, NetSuite as a key partner and Workday among its turnkey integrations. Lleverage works in SAP S/4HANA and ECC, Business Central, Dynamics 365 F&O, Exact, AFAS, Infor, Ridder iQ and NetSuite, among others, and is SAP-certified. Our engineers connect on-prem systems and the ones with no API during delivery.

When is Rossum the better choice?

When reading documents is most of the job: invoices in dozens of languages or handwritten, a large AP team on SAP, Coupa or NetSuite, and duplicate and fraud checks high on the list. Rossum reads 276 languages and handwriting and lets your own team configure matching. We think it does that part well.

Can we use Rossum and Lleverage together?

Yes. Your ERP stays the system of record for both, and Lleverage copies nothing into a second database. A team can keep Rossum on invoice capture and run Lleverage on the order desk, or let Lleverage take the quotes, confirmations, payment matching and debtor reminders that sit around the documents.
