Wonderful AI vs Lleverage, side by side
We read Wonderful's own pages on 20 October 2026: Agents, AI OS, AI Gateway, Systems, Deployment and its retail industry page. Where Wonderful does not describe something, the table says so.
| Capability | Wonderful | |

| What it covers | The order desk, purchasing and finance of companies that make, move and sell physical products | Banking, telecommunications, healthcare, retail, utilities and insurance, the six industries its site is built around |
| Channels the work arrives onWhere a request first lands | Email, the shared inbox, Teams and Slack, with the documents attached to them | Voice, chat, email, documents, and any other channel the work comes through |
| Customer purchase orders turned into sales ordersRead from PDF, spreadsheet or email, then written to the ERP | Items, prices, stock and delivery dates checked before the sales order is created | Not described: its retail page covers order and returns resolution, status, tracking, refunds and click-and-collect |

| Where it runs | EU hosted by default, GDPR compliant, on-prem where you need it | Multi-tenant SaaS, single-tenant, bring your own cloud across AWS, Azure and GCP, or air-gapped on-premise, with zero data retention at the AI providers, PII redaction and AES-256 encryption |
When each one fits
Wonderful takes on customer and employee requests. We take on the order and the supplier invoice inside your ERP, on the order desk and in finance.
WonderfulWhen Wonderful fits
- Most of your volume is customers and employees asking questions, by phone as often as by email.
- You are in banking, telecommunications, healthcare, retail, utilities or insurance.
- You want one gateway over every model your company calls, with budget caps, an access policy and failover.
- A legacy customer or knowledge system is due for replacement and you want it designed, built and run for you.
When Lleverage fits
- You make, move or sell physical products, and the work ends in SAP, Business Central, Exact or AFAS.
- Customer orders arrive as PDFs, spreadsheets and email, each in its own layout, and every line needs checking against prices and stock.
- Supplier invoices have to match the purchase order and the goods receipt before finance looks at them.
- You want to start supervised, move the confidence line yourself, and read back every step against the record it touched.

What Lleverage does in the back office
Wonderful's agents work across customer, employee and process requests. These are the jobs our agents own on the order desk, in purchasing and in finance.

- 01
Reads the order and creates it in the ERP
The order arrives as a spreadsheet in the shared inbox or a PDF from a portal. Items, prices, stock and the delivery date are checked, then the sales order is created and confirmed back.
- 02
Matches the supplier invoice line by line
Against the purchase order and the goods receipt, within the tolerances finance sets. Only the lines that disagree go to a person, and releasing a payment stays theirs.
- 03
Chases the purchase order confirmation
The supplier's reply is read against what you ordered: quantity, price and promised date. A changed date goes to planning first, so the customer hears it from you.
- 04
Answers where my order is
From the live record in your ERP and the carrier's tracking, in the language the question came in. Complaints, claims and anything about money go to a person.
- 05
Runs at the autonomy you choose
The agent can suggest, ask for approval or act on its own. Each process sits at a confidence line that only you move, and every decision is timestamped against the record it touched.
- 06
Holds what your team teaches it
It keeps a customer's layout, a part number and the exception your team made last month. Corrections become company knowledge you can read and export, held on your side.
From the teams running it
“We’re constantly looking for ways to ensure we can last another 100 years and further improve our service and quality.”
MartKoninklijke Dekker
“It’s a matter of building trust in the organisation with these kinds of initiatives. You can’t just throw something like this over the fence.”
Cees MaaskantXpol
“Nobody can memorize every manual from every manufacturer. When a customer calls with a machine problem, the quality of the answer depends on who picks up the phone and what they happen to remember.”

Wonderful vs Lleverage: questions
What is the difference between Wonderful and Lleverage?
Wonderful is an enterprise AI platform whose agents engage customers, assist employees and complete business processes end to end. Its site is built around banking, telecommunications, healthcare, retail, utilities and insurance. Lleverage puts AI agents on the back office of companies that make, move and sell physical products: customer orders, supplier invoices and order questions, inside your own ERP.
Does Wonderful create sales orders in SAP or Business Central?
Its retail page names SAP, Shopify, Salesforce, or any app you already run, and describes order and returns resolution: status, tracking, refunds and click-and-collect. Reading a customer's PDF and creating the sales order in SAP or Business Central is not described there. Our order desk agent does that in Business Central every day, and connects to SAP the same way.
Can Lleverage take customer phone calls?
No. Our agents work in email, the shared inbox, Teams, Slack and the documents attached to them, and voice is not one of our channels. Wonderful lists voice, chat, email and documents among its channels, so if most of your volume arrives by phone, Wonderful covers that channel and we do not.
Which one fits a manufacturer or wholesaler?
We think Lleverage does, because the work sits in the ERP. Our agents were built for the order desk, purchasing and finance of companies that make, move and sell physical products, and they write into SAP, Business Central, Dynamics 365, Exact, AFAS and Infor.
Who sets each one up?
Wonderful describes a deployment pod of forward-deployed engineers and deployment strategists, moving from Wonderful-led to full client ownership. We set the first process up with your team and stay on as your products and your customers change. Our team makes the ERP connection with your ERP team, and the account it uses decides what the agent may see and change.
