How it works
AI order processing turns order emails into sales orders in your ERP. This is how it works with Lleverage. An order comes in by email, usually as a PDF in the customer's own format.
Lleverage reads it, finds the customer in your ERP, and matches every line to your own articles. It checks the order against your rules: the price, whether the customer is blocked, and the quantities. Then it creates the sales order in your ERP, here Business Central, and drafts the confirmation.
Every step is logged. When something is off, like a quantity above your limit, it asks a person, with the original PDF next to the question. Someone corrects it, and the order continues.
