AI workflow automation in Lleverage: describe a process to the Agent beside the workflow canvas, and it builds the workflow in the draft.
Open a workflow and click the Agent button at the top right. Describe what starts the process, what each step does and who gets the result. Each card the Agent adds or changes lights up for a few seconds. Test it with Run: a test run is a real run. When a step fails, Auto-Fix & Re-Run sends the errors to the Agent, which fixes the step and runs the workflow again. You can change any card yourself, and before anything goes live the Agent asks for your approval on a card.
Solution: AI order management
Introduction
Watch from 0:00AI workflow automation in Lleverage starts with a sentence: you describe the process, and the Agent builds the workflow beside the canvas. It can also run the workflow, fix a step that fails, and publish it once you approve. This is how you build or fix a workflow by asking the Agent, with Lleverage.
Open the Agent beside the canvas
Watch from 0:19Open a new workflow. Its start screen asks what sets it off: an app, an API call, an integration, a schedule or a data table. Click Chat with Agent.
The Agent opens beside the canvas and knows which workflow you have open.
Describe the process
Watch from 0:35Describe the process in plain words: what starts it, what each step does, and who gets the result. For example: every weekday at seven, find the held orders, summarise them per customer, and post the summary in the order desk's Teams channel. The Agent adds the trigger and the steps to the draft.
Each card it adds or changes lights up for a few seconds. Nothing is live yet: it stays a draft until you publish it.
Run it and let the Agent fix it
Watch from 1:01To test it, click Run, then Run in the panel. A test run is a real run: it posts in Teams too. Here one step fails.
Its card shows Error, and under Error Details the panel explains what went wrong. Click Auto-Fix & Re-Run. The errors go to the Agent, it fixes the step, and the workflow runs again.
This time every step shows Success.
Change a card yourself
Watch from 1:25You can also change a card yourself. Click the arrow on the schedule card to open its settings. Set the time to six thirty.
The change goes into the same draft. To ask about one step, hover its card and click the plus. That step goes into the context of your next question.
Approve before it goes live
Watch from 1:42When it works, ask the Agent to publish it. Before anything goes live, the Agent asks on a card. Typing yes in the chat doesn't count.
Click Publish and make live. The schedule switches on, and the workflow runs for real. That's AI workflow automation with the Agent: describe the process, test it, let the Agent fix what fails, and approve before it goes live.
