Build an AI dashboard by asking the Agent, one Overview per role

Lleverage University·Oct 21, 2026·1:58 video

Build an AI dashboard in Lleverage by asking the Agent: the project's Overview, one version per role.

Open the project's Overview and click Chat with Agent. Tell the Agent what you need to see, in your own words, and it creates the widgets from the project's data: a number, a chart or a table, each checked before it lands on the page. Change a widget yourself in the panel on the right. Then switch Viewing as to another role, such as Finance, and ask for that role's version. Each widget reads the project's data when the page opens, so the Overview stays current.

Solution: AI order management

Introduction

An AI dashboard in Lleverage starts with a question: you tell the Agent what you want to see, and it puts the widgets on your Overview. In this tutorial, you'll build the Overview for the order desk and for finance by asking the Agent, then change a widget yourself.

Open the Overview

Open the project's Overview from its pin in the sidebar. Until someone changes it, Lleverage builds this page from what's in the project. At the bottom, Viewing as shows whose page you see.

Pick Order desk, a role your project admin set up. Top right, click Chat with Agent. The Agent opens beside the Overview.

Ask the Agent for what you need to see

Type what the order desk needs to see. For example: orders in the last 7 days, how many went through without a person, and held orders by reason. The Agent creates a widget for each one from the project's data: here two numbers and a chart.

It checks each widget's data before it places it on the page. The Overview refreshes, and the new widgets are there.

Change a widget yourself

To change a widget yourself, click Edit page at the bottom. On the chart, click Settings. The panel on the right shows its source and how it's shown.

Change the time range to the last 30 days. The panel saves as you go. Click Done when the page looks right.

One Overview per role

Each role can have its own version of the Overview. In Viewing as, pick Finance. Ask the Agent for the finance version, for example orders held for a blocked customer, and orders by customer this month.

Finance now sees their own Overview, and the order desk keeps theirs.

It stays current

Each widget reads the project's data when the page opens, so the Overview stays current without a weekly export. To start again from the generated page, click Clear at the bottom, then Reset page. That's an AI dashboard in Lleverage: ask the Agent for what you want to see, change a widget in the panel, and give each role its own Overview.
