How to review an AI request: correct and submit, approve or reject

Lleverage University·Nov 5, 2026·2:11 video

How to review an AI request in Lleverage: read why the workflow stopped, check the value in the PDF, then correct and submit, approve, or reject with a reason.

A request opens from the notification New request assigned to you. Hover a field and its value lights up in the PDF beside the form. A small error you correct in the table and submit, and the workflow goes on with your value. A decision request has buttons such as Approve and Reject; Reject can ask for a reason, which stays with the request. Archive only hides a request from the inbox. Where the workflow allows revisiting, Re-open Request makes a new request, and answering it runs the work again from that point.

Solution: AI order management

Introduction

Reviewing an AI request means checking why the workflow stopped, correcting what's wrong, and sending your answer so the order can go on. That's human in the loop AI: a workflow pauses at a step where a person should decide. This is how you review that request with Lleverage.

Open the request

When a workflow needs you, a notification comes in: New request assigned to you. Click View request, and it opens in the Requests inbox of its project, with the order's PDF beside it.

Read why it stopped

Read the title and the description first. They say why the workflow stopped: a thousand rolls on line one, where the rules allow two hundred and fifty. To check a value against the order, hover its field.

The customer PO lights up in the PDF.

Correct a small error, then submit

Van Dijk Metaal confirms they meant two hundred and fifty. That's a small error, so correct it here. Click the quantity, type two hundred and fifty, and press Enter.

Then click Submit. The workflow goes on with your value.

Reject an order that's mostly wrong

Other requests ask for a decision, with buttons such as Approve and Reject. When the order is right, click Approve. This order from Kuipers Hout is mostly wrong, so click Reject.

If your team set Reject to ask for a reason, type it and click Submit. The request shows Rejected with your reason, and the workflow takes the path set for a rejection.

Notes, archive and reopen

To tell your team something, click Add a team note under the request. The notes of the whole workflow run stay in one thread. Archive is not the same as reject.

Archive Request in the menu only hides the request from the inbox. It gives no answer, so the workflow keeps waiting. If your team allowed revisiting for that step, you can change an answer you already gave: open the menu on the completed request and click Re-open Request.

Lleverage creates a new request, and when you answer it, the work runs again from that point. That's how you review an AI request: read why it stopped, check the PDF, then correct and submit, approve, or reject with a reason. Next for you: how to change a business rule by talking to the Agent.
