Exact automation with AI agents, on Exact Online or Exact Globe

Lleverage automates the work around Exact with AI agents, one per job. An agent reads the customer order in the inbox and creates the sales order in Exact Online or Exact Globe, matches a purchase invoice to what was ordered and received, or keeps accounts and items in step. Anything outside your rules goes to a person.

What you get

Exact Online and Exact Globe alike

Whether your administration lives in Exact Online or in Exact Globe on your own server, the agent works with the one you run today. Nothing waits for a migration.

The order desk, not only the books

Exact’s own agents work on bookkeeping: bank lines, invoice postings and payment reminders. A Lleverage agent also takes the customer orders, purchase orders and records that keep a desk busy.

What it learns stays yours

Every correction your team makes is kept as knowledge your company owns, held on your side and never used to train anyone else’s model.

What the agent reads and writes in Exact Online

The agent opens the same sales orders, purchase invoices and cards your team opens, with the access a person on that desk has, and Exact checks every field it fills.

Sales ordersCreated for the right account from the order your customer sent, each line tied to an item code, with price and stock checked first.
Purchase invoicesHeld against the purchase order and what was received. Only the lines that agree are booked; the rest wait for finance.
Accounts, suppliers and itemsCompared with every system that holds a copy. A changed bank account or VAT number waits for the person who owns that record.

The mailbox, the chat and the CRM next to Exact

Little of the work starts in Exact itself. An order lands in a shared mailbox, a question in Teams, a customer record changes in the CRM. The agent picks it up there.

The order and invoice mailboxesOrders, supplier invoices and order confirmations read in Outlook or Gmail as they arrive, before anyone opens Exact.
Sign-offs in Teams or SlackAn order above the credit limit or an invoice that disagrees reaches the person who decides, with the documents attached.
Salesforce, HubSpot and ZendeskCustomer records and tickets read and updated in place, so order status in the service desk agrees with Exact.

Exact Globe on your own server, and screens with no API

If your administration runs on Exact Globe on a server of your own, our engineers connect it during delivery, instead of asking you to move to Exact Online first.

Exact’s own AI agents or a Lleverage agent: which fits when?

Exact builds AI into Exact Online: a Purchase Agent, a Bank Agent, a Debtor Agent and Exact AI Assistant. We read Exact’s page on its AI agents, its product overview and the Exact Support knowledge base on 7 October 2026, and the middle column comes from those pages.

Exact’s AI agentsLleverage
What it isAI features inside Exact Online: the Purchase Agent, the Bank Agent and the Debtor Agent, plus a Customer Support Agent in Exact AI Assistant for how-to questions. Financial, CRM and Exact Excel agents are in beta. One AI agent per job, such as order entry, invoice matching or master data. It does the whole job as the work arrives and hands a person only what falls outside your rules.
A purchase invoice, for exampleThe Purchase Agent processes purchase invoices, recognises discrepancies and suggests the general ledger account, which Exact puts at 98% accuracy. Automatic invoice processing turns invoices into entry proposals: 3 a month in the subscription, bundles for more. The agent reads the invoice from the finance inbox, matches each line to the purchase order and the goods received, and books the lines that agree. The rest go to finance.
A customer orderNot described on the vendor’s pages. Exact Support describes creating a sales order from an accepted quotation or by entering it by hand. The agent reads the order email, PDF or spreadsheet, checks items, price and stock, and creates the sales order in Exact.
Getting paidStronger here: the Debtor Agent predicts payment dates, picks a communication profile per customer and sends reminders automatically. Exact says it has cut days sales outstanding by up to 20%.Debtor reminders are one of our AP & AR jobs, worth adding when the chasing spans more than Exact, such as the CRM or a portal.
What the AI learns fromExact compares your data with industry trends, using fully anonymised data from over 400,000 Exact Online companies in the Benelux.Your own team’s corrections, kept as knowledge your company owns, held on your side and never used to train anyone else’s model.
Exact GlobeExact’s Exact Globe+ page describes no AI features.Exact Globe on your own server, reached without opening it to the internet, as well as Exact Online.
Systems outside ExactNot described for the AI agents. Exact RPA integrates Exact Synergy with Exact Globe, Exact Online and other ERPs.Outlook, Gmail, Teams, Slack, SharePoint, Salesforce, HubSpot and Zendesk, plus the supplier portal with a login and the nightly CSV.
Cost and set-upStronger here: Exact says its AI agents come standard, and AI is on by default in every Exact Online company. Nothing to buy or connect, and it can be switched off under Settings. One monthly price per agent, with integration and AI usage within fair use. The first process typically runs supervised within a few weeks.
Fits best whenYou run Exact Online and the work you want lighter is bookkeeping: bank lines, invoice postings and payment reminders. The work starts in an inbox or another system, such as customer orders, or your administration runs on Exact Globe.

We think Exact’s own agents are worth using first if you are on Exact Online: they come standard and work inside the books from day one. We think Lleverage fits when a whole job should leave the desk, from the order inbox to the sales order, or when you run Exact Globe. More in our view of why Dutch companies stop retyping orders.

Our engineers set it up with you.

Forward deployed engineers connect the agent to Exact Online or Exact Globe with your team and work alongside your people, so work comes off the desk in the first weeks rather than at the end of a project.

The FDE model Forward deployed engineers, with you for the first queue and for every one after.

They work inside your operation. They build the first queue with your team, set the confidence line together, and stay on as your business changes and the next queues come. Not a licence and a manual. A team that knows your floor.

Frequently asked questions

Does Exact Online have its own AI agents?

Yes. Exact lists a Purchase Agent for purchase invoices, a Bank Agent for bank transactions and a Debtor Agent for payment reminders, plus Exact AI Assistant for how-to questions. Financial, CRM and Exact Excel agents are in beta (exact.com, read 7 October 2026). None of them is described as reading customer orders.

Does Exact automation work with Exact Globe?

With Lleverage, yes. The agent connects to Exact Online and to Exact Globe, and a Globe installation on your own server is reached without opening it to the internet. Where a screen has nothing to call, the agent works it with the access a person on that desk has, and nothing beyond it.

Is this RPA for Exact?

No. RPA replays steps a person recorded, so it suits work whose layout never changes. The agent reads each order or invoice on its meaning, checks it against Exact, and only works a screen where there is no interface to call. Exact’s own Exact RPA is aimed at Exact Synergy. More in RPA vs AI.

How does Lleverage connect to Exact Online?

Our engineers connect the agent with your team, with the access a person on that desk has. It fills the fields your team fills, so Exact validates them the same way, and nothing is copied into a second database. Lleverage is EU hosted by default. More on integrations.

Who approves what the agent does in Exact?

You do. Every check has a setting: inside your rules the agent finishes the job in Exact, outside them the person you choose decides, with the reason attached. Paying a supplier always stays with a person, and every action is logged against the record it touched. More on control and approvals.
