Set up AI order entry for Business Central, step by step: start from the Quote & Sell template, connect Outlook and Business Central, and go live. What the finished workflow then does with each order is in Lleverage and Business Central.

The Agent runs the guided setup with you. It asks which process to start with, connects your systems, asks the template's questions and your rules (price tolerance against the agreed price, the largest quantity per line, customers that always need a review, lead time), builds the order-intake skill and its workflow, tests the skill on example orders, sets up the review inbox and the Overview, and publishes once you approve.

Solution: Sales order automation for Business Central

Introduction

This is the guided setup for order intake in Lleverage: you answer the Agent's questions, and it builds and tests the work with you. In this tutorial, you'll set up the Order intake template from Quote & Sell, on your own Outlook and Business Central, through to going live.

Create the project from the Quote & Sell template

On the Projects page, choose New Project. Apart from Blank project, each tile is a domain with its own processes. Point at Quote & Sell: Order intake is the process that's ready to build.

Click the tile. The dialog fills in Quote & Sell as the project name. Create the project.

The Agent opens in a new session, and the first message is sent for you.

Choose Order intake and connect your systems

The setup list sits beside the chat: nine tasks, ticked as each piece works. First, a question card asks which process to start with. Pick Order intake.

Then connect where your orders arrive. Connect Outlook from its card as a shared connection, with Workflows on, so the workflow can use it. Business Central has its own card too.

Its customers and items sync through an ERP connection the Lleverage team sets up with you. The Agent creates the tables the template needs, such as order_rules, and ticks Connect your systems.

Answer the setup questions

The Agent reads what your systems already answer and offers a call for the rest, or question cards if you'd rather type. The card shows one question at a time, such as what should happen to a modification or a cancellation. Then the rules: how far a price may be from the agreed price, the largest quantity per line, which customers always need a review, and your lead time.

Type each answer and press Next. The rule values become rows in order_rules.

Build the order-intake skill and its tests

Now the Agent builds the order-intake skill: it reads an order, matches the customer and the lines, and says what it couldn't decide and why. Press Create draft on its card, and the skill is saved as a draft. It builds the workflow too: a new email starts it, an Agent step runs the skill, and each hand-off to a person becomes a request step.

Each acceptance case in the template becomes a test on an example order. A price outside your tolerance must stop for a person. The Agent runs the tests and shows you the results, also on the skill's Tests tab.

Set up the review inbox and the Overview

Next comes the review inbox: a request view called Review inbox, where each held order waits with its reason and the order document. Then the Overview, the page the team opens first, with the numbers on your orders and the queue of held orders. The pins follow the template's order: Review inbox, Orders, then Overview.

Go live

Watch from 2:36

When you've seen the test results, the Agent asks once to go live. Its approval cards for the workflow and the skill come one at a time. Approve both.

On your own data, the Agent never runs the example orders, so the first real order emails start the workflow. Last, it adds a failure notification for the role that owns the work, and the Setup card goes away. That's order intake set up from the template: your systems connected, your rules in order_rules, a tested skill, the workflow that runs it, a review inbox and an Overview.
