Lleverage doesn't need a separate layout set up for each customer. It reads an order's fields by their labels, not by where they sit on the page: the order number, the date, and each line with its quantity and unit. When Kuipers Hout sends its order in a new layout, it is read the same way, into the same fields, and the order goes on as before. A field that isn't read with confidence, or an order that breaks one of your rules, goes to a person with the PDF next to the question.
Solution: AI order management
How it works
What happens when a customer changes the layout of their PDF order? It's read the same way. This is how it works with Lleverage.
Kuipers Hout sends its orders by email, with the purchase order as a PDF in its own layout. Lleverage doesn't need a separate layout set up for each customer. It reads the fields by their labels, not by where they sit on the page: the order number, the date, and each line with its quantity and unit.
Now Kuipers Hout sends its order in a new layout, with the fields in other places and under other labels. Lleverage reads it the same way, into the same fields. From there, the order goes on as before: the customer is looked up in your ERP, each line is matched to your articles, and your rules are checked.
If a field isn't read with confidence, or the order breaks one of your rules, it goes to a person, with the PDF next to the question. Someone corrects it and submits, and the order continues. Next for you: how AI order processing works, from the email to the sales order.
